For this projects I was tasked with improving the user experience of the hotel booking process and to create a revised version utilising various methods of user research and industry standard design patterns to ensure a user flow that aligned with users’ mental models was achieved.
Using research based on users interacting with current user flows, I was able to identify general pain points and improve those in the new process.
Low fidelity sketches were created to inform some design decisions and from there, wireframes could be formed which translated into the final designs.
The final prototype was then tested with users again to confirm that an improved process had been achieved.
